Sony Computer Entertainment Hong Kong Limited ("SCEH") will subject to this Terms andConditions for Warranty Service cause Hong Kong Marketing Company a division of SonyCorporation of Hong Kong Limited ("HKMC") to provide warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase of the Products. HKMC shall at its discretion either repair or replace the Products with the equivalent Products free of charge where the Products are faulty due todefective materials or workmanship. Any defective or additional parts of the Product which are replaced / removed by HKMC in the course of repairing if any shall be the property of HKMC. Even if HKMC repairs or replaces the Product its original one (1) year warranty term is notextended. 2. This Warranty is only valid: i.in Hong Kong and cannot be exchanged for a Manufacturer's Limited Warranty (Tourist Limited Warranty); ii.provided that the original sales receipt or invoice indicating the date of purchase andretailer's name (and has not been altered or defaced since the date of originalpurchase) and the complete package of the Products bearing intant warranty label are presented together with the Products; and iii.when the factoryapplied model number has not been altered defaced or removed from the Products. 3. This Warranty does not cover any damages of the Products which is a result of: i.commercial use (including rental) accident abuse negligence natural disaster wear andtear misuse unreasonable use or by other causes unrelated to defective materials orworkmanship; ii.use in conjunction with any products not sold or licensed by SONY ...
