If the BPEL Designer and Oracle BPEL Process Manager are not currently running on your desktop, start them now, as described in Tutorial 1. Like that tutorial, this one assumes you have installed the Oracle BPEL Process Manager on a Windows system into the C:orabpel directory, so you should modify paths as appropriate if you have installed it into a different location or operating system. Before starting the main content of this tutorial, you should compile and deploy the credit rating service that you will invoke as part of the tutorial, making it available on your local Oracle BPEL Process Manager. You will use the command line rather than the BPEL Designer to compile and deploy this service
